Vegetarian Rice Wraps

Ingredients


2-6 Rice Wraps

½ cup of Red / White cabbage

½ cup of Julienne carrots

½ cup of Julienne red yellow Capsicum

½ cup of sauteed paneer / Soya chunks


Method


  1. Take 1 cup of warm water in the bowl , gently dip in the rice wraps till soft , but not completely soft.

  2. Remove them and place then on a flat surface, place the veggies as you would for wrap or roll followed by paneer or soya.

  3. Wrap it up by folding in the sides first and then rolling it up all the way.

  4. You could either choose to eat it just like that or slightly toast them on pan.

  5. Enjoy with a lovely schezwan dip or sweet and sour sauce
