Vegan Omelette

Ingredients

1 cup of Roasted Gram Flour [ Besan ]

1/4th Cup of Oats Flour

1 cup of Milk

1 tsp of Baking Soda

1 Tsp of Salt

1 Tsp of Turmeric

1-2 Tsp of Oil


For filling [ Sautéed ]

1/2 Red Capsicum Sliced

1/2 Yellow Capsicum Sliced


Method

  1. In a Blender add all the Ingredients and blend it into a smooth batter.

  2. Heat Pan add oil and spread it all over the Pan

  3. Add a Dollop of the mixture and spread it like a thin Pancake or Dosa

  4. Cover it with a lid and cook for 3-5 Minutes and Once you see the dies releasing from the pan flip it over and cook the other side for another 3 minutes

  5. Once done you can place the veggies on top and have it with a dressing or sauce

Note Veggies can also be added in the batter and then cooked as well.

I also use Cottage Cheese [ Paneer ] as a filling you may choose your filling type
