
Paneer Pesto Wrap
Ingredients
1 Roti / Tortilla
½ cup of Stir Fried Paneer
2 Tbsps of Pesto [ Home made / Store bought ]
1/4th cup of tomato
1/4th cup Lettuce
Method
Make a small slit to the roti, Starting from left side on each quarter place the ingredients , starting with pesto followed by paneer, then tomatoes and lettuce.
You can either have it that way or toast it slightly and have it.
Protein Patti Schezwan Wrap
Ingredients
1 Roti / Tortilla
1 -2 Small Rajma / Chickpea patti
2 Tbsps of Schezwan [ Home made / Store bought ]
1/4th cup of sauteed capsicum
2 Tbsps of Yogurt mayo dressing
Method
Make a small slit to the roti, Starting from the left side on each quarter place the ingredients , starting with schezwan sauce followed by patti, then capsicum and yogurt dressing
You can either have it that way or toast it slightly and have it.
Banana Peanut butter Choco Wrap
Ingredients
1 Roti / Tortilla
½ cup of Banana
2 Tbsps of Peanut butter [ Home made / Store bought ]
1/4th cup of choco syrup / nutella / melted chocolate
1/4th cup crushed nuts / Raisins / Fruits
Method
Make a small slit to the roti, Starting from left side on each quarter place the ingredients , starting with peanut butter followed by banana, then chocolate and finally nuts.
You can either have it that way or toast it slightly and have it.
