Simple Nourish Bowl

Serves 1 

Ingredients 


½  cup of Red Rice / Brown rice

½  cup of Red Lentils 

1/4th  cup  of sliced Red capsicum 

1/4th cup of sliced Yellow capsicum 

1/4th cup of carrots 

1/4th cup of French beans 

2 Tbsps of Yogurt dressing 


Method 


  1. Soak the red rice & lentils for roughly 4-5 Hours 

  2. Cook the red rice & red lentils separately for 20-30 minutes in a normal pot or in a pressure cooker for 10-15 minutes 

  3. Once done keep it aside 

  4. Chop the veggies and then lightly sautee on a pan 

  5. Once done take a bowl and assemble them in a bowl. 

  6. Add the dressing on the top 

Please note you can add the veggies that you like and also change the dressing as per your liking
