Ingredients
1-2 Whole Wheat Toast / Multigrain Toast
1-2 Tbsps of Coriander Hummus
½ cup of Toasted Paneer
1-2 Tbsps of finely Chopped Tomatoes
Salt to taste
Pepper to toast
Oregano Mix
Coriander to garnish
Method
Toast the bread slightly
Spread Hummus right over the top
Place the paneer on the top followed by tomatoes
Garnish it with some coriander or basil
Its a perfect breakfast or a snack !
