Ingredients
2 Whole Wheat Toast
2-3 Tbsps of Hummus
½ cup of sauteed Capsicum
½ tsp of butter
Method
Heat a pan, toast the bread till golden brown.
Once done, spread over the hummus evenly on the bread.
Then place the veggies on the top
And garnish it with coriander
