Ingredients
For Multigrain Mix
1 cup of Oats powder
1 cup of Nachani / Ragi Powder
1 cup of Semolina [ Rava ]
Roast all the ingredients and keep it in an air tight container
For Pancake
2-4 Tbsps of Multigrain mix
1 cup of Curd / yogurt
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of chilli powder
½ cup of finely chopped onions
½ cup of finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsps of coriander
1 tsp of oil
1 cup of water
Method
In a bowl add the Multigrain mix to that add Curd and mix it well.
Keep adding water in between to acquire a smooth consistency
We need to get a smooth runny consistency with no lumps
Keep this mixture aside for 10-15 minutes
To this add the onions tomatoes & coriander
Followed by salt and chilli powder
Once nicely mixed heat a pan and add oil
Add spoonful of the mixture on the pan cook roughly for 5 minutes or once bubbles appear on the pancake and its golden brown from one side flip it over
Cook for another 5 minutes till it is golden brown again or cooks completely
Best served with Coriander chutney or dip
