Serves 3-4

Ingredients
Idli / dosa batter - 1 cup
Oats powder - ½ cup
Moringa powder - 2 Tbsps
Salt - 1 TSP
Chilli powder - 1 TSP
Curry powder - 1 TSP
Onions - ½ Cup ( finely chopped )
Tomatoes - ½ cup ( finely chopped)
Coriander - 2-3 Tbsps ( finely chopped )
Oil - 2 Tbsps
Water - 1 cup
Method
In a large bowl add the idli mixture along with oats powder and water and mix it well till it's of smooth consistency.
Add Moringa powder, salt, chilli powder and curry powder to the mixture and mix it well.
Rest the batter for 10-15 minutes, once ready to use add water if required.
Heat a pan add oil and when hot on medium flame spoon the batter and spread it to even thickness. Add the onions tomatoes and coriander from top and once it's golden brown from one side flip it over and cook till golden brown from the other side.
Serve it hot with green chutney or sambar or ketchup
