Mango is our favourite and when combined in a dessert it's simply irresistible. So here I have prepared a Healthier dessert using mango which is not only Super Delicious but also Nutritious.
This Mango Cheese Parfait is so Nutritional packed that you can easily have this for either Dessert, Breakfast or Snack.

Ingredients
Mango Puree - 1 cup
Cream cheese - ½ cup
Hung Curd - ½ Cup
Honey - ¼ th cup
Lemon juice- ½ Tsp
Marie / digestive biscuits / Museli - 4-5 crushed
Vanilla essence / cardamom powder - ½ Tsp
Method
In a bowl add cream cheese and hung curd. Beat it well then add mango puree, honey & vanilla essence / cardamom powder. Mix it well and stir in fridge for 1 hour.
In a bowl of glass first add the museli followed by the hung curd mixture and top it up with some mango puree and finally the museli or nuts.
Set it in the fridge for ½ hour. Once its firm add the topping of Fresh mango [ diced / sliced]
Set it again in the fridge for ½ hr
