Ingredients
1 cup of Veggies [ Green / yellow / red ]
½ cup of Carrots
½ cup of French beans
1 cup of Boiled Kidney Beans
1 tsp of Salsa / Yogurt dressing
½ tsp of Oil
Method
Heat a pan add Oil and saute the veggies till lightly soft and keep them aside
In a bowl add veggies and Kidney beans
Top it up with the dressing
Finally add coriander for garnishing
