
Ingredients
Quinoa - 1 cup
Salt to taste
oil - 1 Tsp
Water - 2 cups
Method
In a pot add 1 cup of Quinoa along with 2 cups of water, followed by salt & oil.
Cook it for 10 - 15 minutes and once the water is almost completely soaked switch off the gas and cover it and keep it for another 15 minutes .
This way the Quinoa takes up all the water and becomes really nice and fluffy
Now you can use this cooked Quinoa in any recipes and even store it for over 2 weeks in the freezer and use it whenever required.
