Healthy Appam - Poha Oats Zucchini Appam

Serves 2-3


Ingredients


1 cup of Soaked mashed Poha

1 cup of oats powder

1 cup of dahi

1 cup of grated zucchini

1 tbsps of chilli powder

1 tsp of coriander powder

Salt to taste

½ cup of coriander



Method

  1. In a big bowl add the poha , oats powder and dahi, mix it well.

  2. Followed by salt , chilli powder, coriander powder and coriander, mix it well and keep it aside for 1 hour.

  3. Heat an appam pan grease with oil and when hot spoon in the mixture in each pocket, cook it for 10-15 minutes or till crisp and golden brown from each side

  4. Once done serve hot with chutney or ketchup .
