Ginger Mint Lemonade

We all want to build our immunity & what is a better way of boosting our immunity by having healthy refreshing summer drinks.

Which not only relaxes & cools us but also boost our immunity !

Here is an amazing drink made from Ginger & Lemon!


Serves 2

Ingredients

Ginger juice - 1-2 Tbsps [ depending how much you like the taste of ginger]

Mint - 1-2 Tbsps

Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp

Water - 2 cups

Honey - 1 Tsp

Salt - a pinch


Method


  1. For ginger juice , grate ginger and squeeze it to release the juices.

  2. in a container add the ginger juice followed by lemon juice, honey salt and water

  3. Lastly add mint leaves to it

  4. Mix it well

  5. In glasses add ice and pour the mixture over

You can have this drink without ice as well!
