Here is an amazing drink made from Ginger & Lemon!

Serves 2
Ingredients
Ginger juice - 1-2 Tbsps [ depending how much you like the taste of ginger]
Mint - 1-2 Tbsps
Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
Water - 2 cups
Honey - 1 Tsp
Salt - a pinch
Method
For ginger juice , grate ginger and squeeze it to release the juices.
in a container add the ginger juice followed by lemon juice, honey salt and water
Lastly add mint leaves to it
Mix it well
In glasses add ice and pour the mixture over
You can have this drink without ice as well!
So simple and easy...loved it...
