Broccoli & Zucchini Fritters / Pakodas

Serves : 2


Ingredients

1 cup of Shredded Zucchini

1 cup of Boiled Broccoli finely chopped

½ cup of Oats Powder

½ cup of semolina

½ cup of Ragi / Nachani

1 Tbsps of Garlic Powder / 2-3 grated garlic

1 Tbsp of Onion Powder or 2-3 Tbsps of Finely chopped onions

1 Tbsps of Coriander powder

1 Tbsps of Jeera Powder

1 Tbsps of Oil

1 cup of water

1 Tsp of Chilli powder

1 Tsp of Salt



Method

  1. In a big bowl add zucchini & broccoli followed by flours and seasonings and mix it well.

  2. Then add water and mix it will till it becomes nice and pasty

  3. Heat the pan and grease it with oil

  4. When the pan is hot place spoonful of the mixture and spread it evenly and cook until golden brown from both sides.

  5. Have it hot with chutney or sauce
